3/31 COVID-19 UPDATE
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold with alarming speed, we are keeping the safety and well-being of our employees and you, our members, at the forefront of our mind. We had hoped, as did many, that this would be a short-lived pandemic and had targeted April 1 as our reopening date. Now it's abundantly clear that we will not be able to reopen by that date.
OUR THANKS TO YOU
As some of you have pointed out, your auto pays have not yet been stopped. We were working with our software company to find a solution. Since we closed our doors on March 17th some of your payments have still come out. We have suspended and stopped all payments from April 1st - May 1st and you will not be charged during this time. We are still working with our software company to find a way to honor the 2 weeks that you didn't get to use. In short, we are doing our very best to ensure that you do not lose out on any time you have paid for and that you are well taken care of. Our software company is working around the clock to figure everything out and has been dealing with a high demand. We are dedicated to making sure we take care of you during this time. Our goal is to reopen our doors on May 1st but we will keep you updated as more details continue to unfold. We can't begin to tell you how much it means to continue to receive your support and trust during this uncertain time. Without you and your ongoing memberships our small, non-profit, community facility would not survive. In full transparency this has put a big financial strain on the Lodi Sports and Recreation Center and we value your continued support. As a small thank you, we are creating T-shirts for all of our members as a reminder of how we have conquered this trying time together and we look forward to giving them to you the day we reopen! *To ensure we have your size, reply to this email with your size and anyone else in your family that has a membership. The day we reopen will be a grand celebration! We plan to have treats, t-shirts, and free entry for all guests.
We are trusting God during this time and praying for others who have been affected. It's during times like these that we see the strength of our community and feel the love of neighbors. Continue to rally around each other. We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies.
If you have any questions you can contact our director, Brooke Moses at 608-514-4369 or reply to this email. Keep an eye on our website and facebook page as we will regularly update information there as well. Don't forget about the daily workouts we're posting on facebook, stay active and encouraged!
We hope to see you back in the club soon!
