Rentals for Your Banquet, Meeting or Other Event

The Lodi Sports and Recreation Center has three multi-purpose rooms available for rental. The design of the building allows these rooms to be reserved as one large room if you need a lot of space for a banquet or large community event. Each of the rooms can also be reserved individually. Room rental charges will vary depending upon day and time of room(s) rental. Rates will be made available at a later date.

Rooms Available for Rent

Studio

Designed for group exercise classes, dance and other fitness activities. Features of this room include:

  • Wood Floors
  • Mirrored Walls
  • Stereo System
The capacity of the room will depend on the activity.

Conference and Meeting Room

Designed for business meetings, community meetings, and presentations. Features of this room include:

  • Furnished with conference tables and chairs.
  • Wireless internet access with room rental.
  • Presentation Materials

Community Room and Banquet Hall

Equipped with a kitchen and catering area, this room may be used for:

  • banquets
  • parties
  • exercise classes
  • meetings
  • family gatherings
  • other events
  • catering kitchen

Multi-Purpose Rental Rates

  • 1 Room: $25/Hour; $75 for half day (4 hours); $150 for full day (8 hours)
  • 2 Rooms: $35/hour; $100 half day (4 hours); $200 full day (8 hours)
  • 3 Rooms: $50/hour; $150 half day (4 hours); $300 full day (8 hours)

*$10 Additional charge per room for non-standard room set-ups

Additional Rentals

  • Gym Rental: $30/hour/court
  • Batting Cage: $25/hour

*Gymnasium and batting cage rentals must be approved times.
*Reservations accepted or first come/first served.

The LSRC is ready to help you plan your child’s next birthday. A wide range of specialized birthday party packages will be available beginning January 2009. Packages can include room rental, pizza/drinks, supervised gym time and personalized birthday theme.

The LSRC offers storage rentals for individuals or business who rent out our multi-purpose rooms on a regular basis. A storage cabinet can be rented for a small fee to store supplies and materials for meetings, classes and other activities. Access and fees will be made available in Fall 2008.
