Health Club Insurance Partnerships

The Lodi Sports and Recreation Center wants to make the most out of your membership in our health club. We are partnering with various insurance companies to help promote health and fitness. To take advantage of health and wellness programs, click on your insurance provider and read about how you can save on your fitness membership.

• This program offers cash back for a variety of health related expenses.
• Any Health Club Membership or exercise facility fee, including exercise classes or martial arts classes.
  • Individuals may receive up to $100 cash back, per contract year.
  • Families may receive up to $300 cash back, per contract year.

• This is an exercise reward program for Unity health plan members. Members are working out for either cash or prizes, depending on rewards program they are enrolled in.
• For CASH/PRIZE rewards
  • Subscriber earns $200 in two $100 increments ($100 every six months)
  • Subscriber and spouse can earn a combined total of $200 after six consecutive months.
  • Redeem rewards online.
• Fitness First Directions
  • Enroll in the program.
  • Work out a total of 60 times in a six-month period.
  • Log in at your health club each time you work out.
  • Work out at least 30 minutes each time/participate in a qualifying acitivity.
  • Record only one work out per day.

• Program that offers cash back to members who work out 120 times during a 1 year period.
• Members must work out at an approved fitness center or health club.
• a.GHC-SCW members will receive (age 12 and above):
  • $100 reimbursement per year for individual members.
  • $200 reimbursement per year for families of two or more enrolled members.
