YOGA is Back!
The Lodi Sports and Recreation Center will be offering Ashtanga Basics at 6:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning on May 21st.
What is Ashtanga Yoga? This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

NEW!!! Summer Sports Training Clinic
The LSRC is hosting the second annual Sports Training Clinic for athletes going into 4th - 8th grades. The Clinic is designed for any boy or girl desiring to make more out of their summer. Classes are designed and instructed by the LSRC's own, Shaun Smith. Classes will fill quickly, so don't wait.

Teen Night
Kids, school is almost over and Summer is almost here. Come celebrate with us on June 8th as the LSRC holds the first Teen Night of the Summer.
Begins at 7:00pm and ends at 10:30pm
Non-members: $7.00
Members: $4.00
Silver Sneaker Classes
These classes are currently offered on Monday and Wednesday mornings with Muscle Strength/Range of Movement at 8:00am and Yoga at 9:05am and Cardio Circuit at 8:00am on Friday morning.
Silver Sneaker members, join us after class on the first Monday of each month for coffee and refreshments.
