Specialty Class Update

Yoga Level 2-3 is now meeting on Mondays at 4:45 - 5:45pm

Restorative Yoga Meets on the 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month

Zumba is now on Monday nights from 6:30 - 7:30 and on Saturday morning from 10:30 - 11:30

Silver Sneaker Classes

These classes are currently offered on Monday and Wednesday mornings with Muscle Strength/Range of Movement at 8:00am and Yoga at 9:05am and Cardio Circuit at 8:00am on Friday morning.

Silver Sneaker members, join us after class on the first Monday of each month for coffee and refreshments.
